The short version
The calculator on our home page sends us nothing. It runs entirely in your browser. We never see the numbers you type into it.
If you book a call, we collect what you give us so we can call you. If you become a customer, we handle your callers' information on your behalf, and it stays yours.
1. Information you give us directly
- When you book a 15-minute call: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- When you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.
We use it to contact you about the thing you contacted us about. That is all.
2. The calculator
The loss calculator is client-side. Road call counts, invoice values, after-hours share and callback speed are processed in your browser and never transmitted. We do not log them, store them or receive them in any form. If you close the tab, they are gone.
3. Information collected automatically
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This is ordinary web infrastructure and is used for security and to understand which pages people read.
If we run analytics or advertising measurement, those providers may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
4. Call handling, if you become a customer
This is the part that matters most, so it is specific.
- We process calls to your business number on your behalf. That includes the caller's phone number, what they tell the intake, and the job details captured.
- The data is yours. We act as a processor for you. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to market to your customers.
- We do not sell leads. Not to you, not to anyone else, and never a lead captured on your line to another shop. This is absolute.
- Calls may be recorded or transcribed to run and improve the intake. Recording laws vary by state and some require notifying all parties. You are responsible for the disclosure your callers receive, and we will configure the intake to announce it.
- You own your phone number and your A2P registration. If you leave, they go with you.
5. Service providers
We use third parties to run the service, including telephony carriers, speech and language processing providers, hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They receive only what they need to do their job and are bound to handle it accordingly. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
6. What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not sell or share your customers' information.
- We do not use your call data to market to your customers or to any competitor of yours.
7. How long we keep things
Enquiry information is kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after. Customer call data is kept for as long as you are a customer, and deleted on request after you leave, subject to any legal retention we are required to observe. Ask and we will tell you exactly what we hold.
8. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. Email [email protected] and we will handle it. We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information in our care. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
10. Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting customers will be sent to you directly rather than quietly posted.
